SHIPPING POLICY:

Majority of our merchandise are PRE-ORDER SALES!!!!!!

All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS.COM)Processing time can take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends & holidays) when your order is initially placed. Thereafter, shipping can take anywhere between  14 to 21 BUSINESS days to ship out EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. (Please Note: Sometimes packages are delayed in customs). WE DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.

Items that are in stock will ship immediately! You may feel free to check with customer service to see if the item of your interest is in stock in the size you’re needing.

You may feel free to email customer service during business hours Monday-Friday 10 am – 4 pm EST at ATLDripCloset@gmail.com for a status update if you have waited the allotted time frame given.

Once orders are shipped, tracking information is automatically sent via email to the email address provided during checkout and updated to your ATL Drip Closet online account created (if applicable).

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ‼️

International

All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and your country’s postal service. Shipping time ranges from 3-5 weeks for Standard shipping. Please note the customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Most orders will include a customs form number that is a useful reference when tracking packages or obtaining additional information if your package is held in customs.

WE WILL ONLY SHIP PACKAGES TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE!!!

RETURN POLICY:

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, a store Credit/Exchange ONLY!

Email customer service for a return approval code and return address.

Your return must be post-dated within 3 days of receipt or your package based on usps.com delivery date.

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

There are NO REFUNDS on the item chosen to exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is included in all packages.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.(Within 3 days of receipt of package) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ATLDripClosetshopminimedrip@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
